Selling out

 Well i allways told myself i would never own a car thats less than 10 years old. But 2 weeks ago i blem my 3rd transmision on my jetta and ive had enuf. So with no ride to work...no money...no credit..I went down to the dealership and applyed for a loan on a 04 passat 3 days later im driveing it home. Sadly with bad credit banks dont give loans on cars over 10 years old or under $9,000 .I had my heart fixed on a 98 Jetta Glx... but i got declined.

Im a bit torn about this situation. I mean the car is somewhat attractive. i just feel as if it has no soul. tho the combination of options are rare,but their is still over 250,000 of them on the road. i miss my jetta....and i wish i could drive my stubborn cabby,but the electical issue is driveing me insane.$4000 in parts later the car still dont run

 The only good thing about this car is that it gets me from A to B to Z with no issues other than gas. oh yeah its a 1.8t  .it sucks more gas than my 2.slow did.

I cant really do too much to the car right now because its still under warrenty for 2 years. ive allready ordered some exterior stuff for it.

Specs. 2004 passat Gls, 1.8t ,5speed, Samoa red, anthricite interior.

This car will be my stepping stone for credit. and is an ice breaker for a new car  im on the MK6 gti waiting list.
