my VW Bible, Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Mantaince, Dune, Pandora's Star, Clockwork Orange, Neuromancer....

My VW is a 1972 Westfallia, school bus yellow, with a 1700 pancake engine. In the past I have had, from most recent to oldest, 1965 Bus, 1972 Bus that I fell asleep behind the wheel in and wrecked, another '65 bus and a 1975 Bus when I was 15.

I toured with the Grateful dead for several years in my 72 Bus with my huskies and a whole cast of hippies. Now I still have the bus but I live in Alaska (Farthest North VW?) and I make and develop nanostructured materials. I am a physicist, and I also run a Zombie Walk group called Zombait.org (go to our website!) We dress up as zombies and have events then donate money and goods to our local "no-kill" animal shelter.

Greasy women, torn jeans, tye-dyes. Outdoors, hunting, snowmachines (snowmobiles to you lower 48'ers) and snow. I like to sleep in a chilly room under a warm blanket. Pet lovers are my freinds. Waking up to a new view outside my bus door everyday.
